Terms & Conditions

By booking with Three60 Productions Inc. DBA Male Stripper Magic ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

1. Bookings and Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon payment. Charges appear on your statement under Three60 Productions Inc. Gratuity is customary and appreciated but not required.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Reach out as early as possible if you need to reschedule. We do everything we reasonably can to accommodate changes, but same-day cancellations may be non-refundable depending on performer commitments.

3. Conduct

Our performers are professional entertainers. Any inappropriate contact, harassment, or unsafe environment will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

4. Age Requirement

All attendees must be 18 years or older. Government ID may be requested by the performer on arrival.

5. Liability

Male Stripper Magic is not liable for damage to venues, personal property, or third-party services related to your event. Clients are responsible for confirming that entertainment is permitted at the chosen venue.

6. Media

Photos and video for personal use are welcome. Commercial use, resale, or public distribution of performer likeness requires written consent.
