III. BOOKING

A. Deposits

All deposits made online or by phone are non-refundable and non-negotiable, as they serve as a due diligence fee and compensation for opportunities the entertainer may forgo to accommodate your booking.

B. Balance Disputes

If there is any dispute or disagreement regarding the remaining balance at any time before the event date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit. This ensures entertainers are not dispatched without confirmed payment.

C. Delays and Additional Fees

Deposits or booking fees will not be discounted or refunded if the entertainer arrives late. Any remaining balance, including travel, parking, valet, or other fees, must be paid in full upon the entertainer's arrival before the performance begins.

D. Refund Policy

Any payments, including tips, made to the entertainer before, during, or after the performance are non-refundable.

E. Entertainer Preferences

While we strive to fulfill your entertainer preferences, such as specific looks, costumes, or themes, these requests are not guaranteed. Photos may serve as placeholders, and availability depends on time, location, and other factors. We will provide the best available entertainer for your event.

F. Right to Refuse Service

We and our entertainers reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service at our discretion at any time.

G. Age Restrictions

By using this website or placing a booking, you affirm that you and all event attendees are at least 18 years of age.

H. Change Orders

Changes to the original date, time, or location of an entertainer’s arrival may incur additional charges. Any significant changes made within 72 hours of the scheduled event may be treated as a cancellation, resulting in the forfeiture of the deposit. While change requests are not guaranteed or refundable, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them as a courtesy. If your request cannot be fulfilled, you are responsible for adhering to the original event details.

I. Acts of God

In cases where services cannot be delivered due to acts of God or circumstances beyond control (e.g., war, natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, etc.), no refunds will be issued. Instead, a credit equal to the deposit amount will be provided, valid for 12 months from the original event date.

J. Courtesy

Entertainers are invited guests and must be treated with respect. They may terminate their performance immediately if they feel unsafe, harassed, or uncomfortable due to the behavior of you, your guests, or the environment. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. As the host, you are responsible for ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere, compliance with these terms, and a venue conducive to the performance.

K. Legal Entertainment Only

We strictly provide entertainment services. Under no circumstances do we offer, promote, or engage in any illegal activities, including prostitution or escort services. All services are for lawful entertainment purposes only and do not involve any acts of a sexual or illegal nature.

IV. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

A. Copyright

All entertainers photographs, entertainer depictions, other photographs, images, logos and text appearing on this website and subsequent web pages are protected by copyright and are the property of MSM or the specific entertainer. Redistribution or commercial use by anyone other than MSM is prohibited without expressed written permission.

This does not apply to any copyrighted materials on this Website that are owned by other third parties. You are solely responsible for determining whether and under what conditions you may download, print, or otherwise use the copyrighted material of third parties.

V.DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ALL SERVICES OFFERED OR PROVIDED ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND OFFER NO ACTUAL SERVICES OR ACTS OF AN ILLEGAL SEXUAL NATURE OF ANY KIND.

B. Entertainers are not employees or contractors and are only being referred to you by us for the agreed-upon booking fee. MSM, its affiliates or websites makes no claim as to the character or background of the entertainers and therefore you agree to hold MSM and its affiliates harmless and releasing all parties from all liability. You also hereby release and covenant to hold harmless and not to sue MSM, its owners, managers, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and contractors, entertainers, assistants, security guards, drivers etc. from any and all present and future claims resulting from theft, ordinary negligence, personal injury or death arising as a result of utilizing our site services and/or entertainers. You hereby voluntarily waive any and all claims resulting from ordinary negligence both present and future which may be made by family estate heirs assigns, or client.

This website is provided “as is” and “as available.” Your use of this website is at your sole risk MSM does not warrant that the content of this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
